Room 3 is located on the first floor and is 19m², has a queensize double bed, a wardrobe and a bench. You share the bathroom with bath and kitchen with rooms 1 and 2. The kitchen door gives access to the 20 meter long balcony with wide views over the Serra de Aire mountains. The fully equipped kitchen has a hob and oven/grill combination and has a dining table and chairs, the balcony also has a dining table with chairs.

You can use the large communal living room on the ground floor with an equipped kitchen and the garden with patio, terrace and BBQ facilities.
