Room 3 is located on the first floor and is 19m², has a queensize double bed, a wardrobe and a bench. You share the bathroom and kitchen with rooms 1 and 2. The kitchen door gives access to the 20 meter long balcony with wide views over the Serra de Aire mountains. The equipped kitchen has a hob and oven/grill combination and has a dining table and chairs, the balcony also has a dining table with chairs.

You can use the large communal living room on the ground floor with an equipped kitchen and the garden with patio, terrace and BBQ facilities.

Rooms 1, 2 and 3 form an apartment with a private entrance and rooms 3, 4 and 5 can also be rented as an apartment with a private entrance.
