Room 1 is located on the first floor and is 16m², has a queensize double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and carpet on the floor. You share the bathroom with bath and the kitchen with rooms 2 and 3. The kitchen door gives access to the large balcony with wide views over the Serra de Aire mountains. The fully equipped kitchen has a hob and oven/grill combination and has a dining table and chairs, the balcony also has a dining table with chairs.

You can use the large communal living room on the ground floor with an equipped kitchen and the garden with patio, terrace and BBQ facilities.
