Terms and Conditions:
When you book a stay at Casa Fialli, you as a tenant agree to these General Terms and Conditions and the House Rules of Casa Fialli.
Prices : The prices are per room/apartment, per night and excluding breakfast. We do not offer breakfast but the local shop is 300m away. The prices include the use of water, electricity, towels and bed linen. Prices include VAT (IVA in Portuguese). The prices are subject to price changes.
Reservations : The reservation of the rooms/apartment can be made via our website and via an external booking site, by telephone, by email or verbally. After booking you will receive a confirmation by email with the details, amount and payment options.
Payment : Payment can be made directly online or via bank transfer. The reservation is final after payment within the payment period of 24 hours after booking. You can always check the status of your booking via the link in the email. After checking out you can receive the invoice by email.
Cancellation : Our advice is to take out cancellation insurance for your trip. For information about cancellation, see cancellation policy.
Liability : Casa Fialli cannot be held liable for damage suffered by the guest or third parties as a result of their stay in the accommodation; the guest indemnifies Casa Fialli against claims in this regard.
Disruptions : The owners of Casa Fialli are not liable for disruptions in and around the accommodation, such as failure of power and water supplies, construction and/or road works in the vicinity of the accommodation.
Theft/loss : Casa Fialli is not liable for damage, loss or theft of the guest's personal belongings.
Negligence : Casa Fialli can only be held liable for damage that is due to the fault or negligence of the owners, whereby the liability of the accommodation is limited to the maximum amount that Casa Fialli's insurer will pay out in the appropriate case.
Damage : The tenant is liable for the damage caused by him. The damage must be reported by the guest to the owners. Repair and/or replacement costs must be reimbursed by the guest. If keys are lost, costs will be charged to the guest.
Third parties : The rental agreed between the parties may under no circumstances be used, even partially, by third parties, unless the owner has given permission for this.
Inappropriate behavior: The owners of Casa Fialli may deny and/or refuse guests access to the accommodation with immediate effect in the event of violation of the general terms and conditions and/or the house rules or in case of inappropriate behavior, without further notice and giving reasons and without refund. of accommodation costs.
Changes: Casa Fialli reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. You accept and acknowledge as binding the terms and conditions in effect at the time you use the Casa Fialli website and facilities.
