Cancellation conditions

It may happen that you have to cancel the holiday due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the booker or his deputy must notify this in writing or by telephone. In most cases, costs are associated with a cancellation or change.
In addition to the reservation and other costs due, the following applies:


• In case of cancellation up to the 90th day before arrival: 10% of the rental price;
• In case of cancellation from the 90th day to the 31st day before arrival: 50% of the rental price;
• In case of cancellation from the 31st day to the day of arrival: 100% of the rental price;


Cancellation by Casa Fialli:

In the event of force majeure, both permanent and temporary, Casa Fialli is entitled to dissolve or temporarily suspend the agreement in whole or in part without the guest being able to claim performance and/or compensation:
A. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: danger of war, war, rebellion, molestation, strikes, boycott, disruptions in the energy circuit, traffic or transport, measures taken by government roads, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions,
B. Death of one of the owners or close family members, etc., as a result of which full or partial compliance with the agreement cannot reasonably and fairly be expected from Casa Fialli. This also applies in the event of cessation of business and/or sale of the property.

Modify:
If a guest wants to change an agreement, this may be possible up to 30 days before arrival. After changes, the booking may not be cheaper than the original booking. Change fees may be charged for these changes.

Instead statement:
If the reservation is completely transferred to a third party, the booker must notify Casa Fialli in writing. Change costs will be charged for these changes. Amounts already paid will be deemed to have been paid by the acquiring party. The transferring and acquiring parties must arrange this mutually.
